Welcome to Crystara Labs Inc. (歐晶科技有限公司) ("Crystara"). By using our website or any of our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of service
You must be at least 13 years old (some products require a higher age) and have full legal capacity to use our services. You agree to use our services lawfully and in compliance with all applicable laws.
2. Accounts
Some of our products require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract source code.
- No automated usage that consumes disproportionate resources.
- No distribution of malware, spam, or content that harasses other users.
- MailFox users must not send content that violates CAN-SPAM, GDPR or other anti-spam regulations.
4. Intellectual property
Our products, trademarks, interfaces, code and documentation are owned by Crystara or its licensors. You receive only the limited rights granted in these Terms.
5. User content
Content you upload or input remains yours. You grant us the license necessary to store, process and transmit your content to provide the service.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that AI-generated output will meet your specific expectations. AI results may contain mistakes — please verify them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crystara is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or NT$3,000 — whichever is greater.
8. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any dispute shall be brought before the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
